Return and refund policy

Clear terms for digital purchases.

Effective July 24, 2026. Digital AdVantage by EDU-Vantage LLC sells digital downloads and custom digital services. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, the following terms apply.

Digital downloads

Digital-download purchases are final once the product has been delivered or access has been provided. We do not accept returns or exchanges because downloaded files cannot be returned.

When we will help

Contact us within seven days if you were charged more than once, received the wrong file, received a corrupted file, or cannot access your purchase after reasonable troubleshooting. We will first correct the problem or provide a replacement. If we cannot deliver the product you purchased, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.

Custom services

Custom prompts and Business Clarity Blueprints involve personalized work. A cancellation request submitted before work begins may be considered. Once work has begun, the custom service is nonrefundable. This does not prevent us from correcting a delivery error or providing the service described at purchase.

Change-of-mind purchases

We do not provide refunds because a customer changed their mind, purchased the wrong product, no longer needs the product, or did not read the product description before purchasing.

How to request help

Email hello@edu-vantageonline.org with the email address used at checkout, the product name, purchase date, and a brief description of the problem. Do not email payment-card information.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
