Digital AdVantage collects only the information needed to operate its tools, fulfill orders, and improve the customer experience.

AI concierge

Your answers are sent to our AI and hosting providers so the tool can generate a recommendation. We do not sell your answers or use them for third-party advertising.

Custom service orders

When you order a custom prompt or Business Clarity Blueprint, we save the contact and business information you submit so we can create, deliver, revise, and support your order. Payment information is entered directly into Stripe and is not stored by Digital AdVantage.

Website analytics

We use limited Google Analytics measurement to understand general website use. Google advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Optional Pinterest measurement

When a visitor arrives from Pinterest, we may ask permission to load the Pinterest measurement tag for that visit. The tag remains off unless the visitor allows it. We do not send Pinterest email addresses, form answers, payment details, or Enhanced Match data. This measurement helps us understand which Pins lead people to our website.

Website chat

Our website chat is provided by Chatbase. Messages you choose to enter may be processed by Chatbase and its service providers to deliver the conversation. Do not submit payment details, passwords, confidential business records, or sensitive personal information through the chat widget.

Optional research consent

The research checkbox is off by default. If you choose it, Digital AdVantage may save your responses and recommendation to improve products and create relevant Digital AdVantage promotions. You can use the recommendation tool without granting this permission.

What we do not request

Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, medical information, or confidential third-party records into our forms or chat.

Service providers

Trusted AI, database, chat, hosting, and payment providers may process information only to operate, secure, and fulfill the service. Optional Pinterest performance measurement is handled separately as described above.

Requests

To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information you knowingly submitted, contact support-admin@edu-vantageonline.org. Include the email address used for an order so we can locate it.
